If your meter is not registered for 3rd party vending you will not be able to purchase through this method. TOKEN, SCRATCH CARD and other LANDLORD MANAGED clients need to contact their landlord or property manager in order to purchase their tokens. Please contact your landlord or property manager to confirm your vending method, alternatively contact Prepaid City and we will be able to advise you further.
